The first year after setting up a new veterinary practice from scratch can be an overwhelming and daunting task. There are many things to consider from finance, premises, renovations, procurement, recruiting staff, and many others. This CPD day aims to cover these core considerations associated with the first year after launching a new veterinary practice in the year before launch.

The speaker is Brian Faulkner who has set up 7 veterinary practices from scratch as well as co-venturing in another 10 practices. Brian will be assisted by Rob Lucy who has set up planned and renovated 10 joint venture practices in association with Brian and their colleagues.
