Generating growth in turnover is a crucial part of any business. This session will look at case studies to help you analyse how to grow existing practices, including decisions such as when to take on an extra vet, or invest a new item of equipment or CPD for a new skill – or maybe even whether to consider opening a new branch.
Our CPD learning outcomes are centred around the 4 followings areas:

- Understand the four pillars of growth and the analysis algorithm of growth opportunities
- Identify the growth opportunities in real case scenarios
- Identify the most effective ways to grow your business.
Attendees will be given case scenarios to analyse each practice’s finances and operational performance to create a plan for growth, which they will present to ‘The Dragons’ for scrutiny and assessment.
